Happy Spring!
I just painted my nails with Essie She’s Picture Perfect from their new Resort 2012 Collection.
Such a pretty color – an iridescent lilac purple.
I have been meaning to get a new lilac polish and almost went with Play Date which is a gorgeous lilac/purple polish, but then decided to go for this one instead since it’s just a bit more interesting… lol
After reading a few reviews of She’s Picture Perfect I worried that the formula would be slightly watered down, but I didn’t find that at all. With 1 coat maybe, but I did 2 coats here. I love the glossy finish and the shimmer is pretty! Here are outdoor and indoor swatches:
Essie’s Resort Collection is made up of 4 beautiful, and very feminine shades. From left to right they are: Pink-a-Boo, Sure Shot, She’s Picture Perfect, No More Film:
As far as any She’s Picture Perfect dupes? It’s hard to find a “perfect” dupe for this one… YET. But you’d like these lilac shades:
